The 2024 primary school leadership academy conference is aimed at year 5/6 students who have shown a positive attitude towards sport and physical activity and who have the aptitude, application and dedication to develop the leadership, employability skills and confidence necessary to;

• Be a role model, advocating PE, school sports and physical activity
• Help increase participation in PE, school sports, physical activity and competition
• Promote the positive values of sport

Through involvement in the programme, students were given the opportunity to develop the leadership and employability skills of; Communication, Self-Belief, Self-Management, Teamwork and Problem Solving.

At the conference, students participated in a series of practical workshops.
