The 2024-25 Leadership Academy Conference is aimed at Year 9 students who have shown a positive attitude towards sport and physical activity and who have the aptitude, application and dedication to develop the leadership and employability skills and confidence necessary to;

• Be a role model, advocating PE, school sports and physical activity
• Help increase participation in PE, school sports, physical activity and competition
• Promote the positive values of sport

Through involvement in the programme, students were given the opportunity to develop their leadership & employability skills; Communication, Self-Belief, Self-Management, Teamwork & Problem-Solving.

Throughout the day, students completed the following workshops:

• Event Organising
• Festival Delivery
• Inclusion Activity
