KS1 Quadkids

We held our first ever KS1 Quadkids event at Brickfields. 7 teams attended which was a great turnout for a new event. Schools stayed in their teams and rotated between the 4 activities, they included a 50m sprint, vortex throw, standing long jump and a 400m run. All the athletes took part in every event and did exceptionally well! We were surprised at how well and quickly they completed the 400m race especially! At the end the children looked quite tired and happy to have some lunch. All athletes received a certificate of attendance and medals delivered to the top 3 schools. A huge well done to all athletes and a massive thank you to Lipson Co-operative academy for providing leaders. Please see the results below.
